๐๏ธ Last weekend, we joined the @coe's Balance S4 project at @WEURO2025 for matchday observations in Geneva & Zurich. ๐ The aim? To assess safety & service conditions from the supporter perspective and feed into new European guidelines for better matchday experiences. 1/2
