Anyway, just wanted to ramble a bit about this series now that I've reached this milestone with it. I'd been putting it off for far too long. So yea, GOAT series and all that. Whenever I see Eris, it makes me smile.

Also want to just mention how much I love the cast, especially Eris. Her journey is one I found just as uplifting as Rudeus's. Roxy and Sylphie too. And Aisha, and Paul, and so many others. I'm excited to see even more of them in future volumes!

Monogatari also played an important role in this regard and I can't discount it. But Mushoku Tensei helped me at least as much. And it helps that MT has such well-executed storytelling and plotting. Consistently recontextualizing past moments in meaningful ways, like it did.

I like to believe part of me gaining that courage was seeing Rudy do th same. He started from a low point beyond anything I knew yet he climbed his way out of it. If he can change himself for the better, why cant I? Or any of us? Its a story that makes me believe in ppl & myself.

I first got into this series in 2021, and I was at a pretty low point in terms of my own circumstances. I didn't believe in myself, and I still struggle to, but Rudy's story helped to inspire me to not give up on myself like I had been for years. These days I am doing better.

Everything in this volume is perfect in terms of concluding the personal story of Rudeus's fight for securing a better world for future generations. Even if his motive was always just to live happily, his determination to achieve that inadvertently enriched the lives of many.

Finished v26 of Mushoku Tensei! It was epic, emotional, and touching. It reminded me of just how special MT is to me as a story. I'm not done with the series, I doubt I ever will be. Its a genuine masterpiece of a quality Ive only seen once before & I love it with all my heart.
