Delighted that we could help @Kings_College save the export-stopped Alan Turing 'Delilah' archive for the nation. The support from @xtxmarkets was quite incredible and ensured that this hugely significant archive is now at King's and is accessible to all in perpetuity.

FNL members had a fantastic visit to @SenateHouseLib yesterday! So rewarding for members, whose subs allow us to give more acquisition grants, to see some of the rare books and manuscripts they helped to save, including 16thC cookery books & an 18thC conjurer's flip book!.

In a reception @SalisburyCath .bsky.social this week, the 13thC Sarum Master Bible was welcomed home to the city in which it was created nearly 800ya. An exquisite and early example of a 'portable Bible'; 17cm tall, its parchment pages are as almost as fine as tissue paper.
