FINRA may have violated numerous other rules in there handling of MMTLP. SEC 10b-5 if they intentionally used the wrong cancellation date. FINRA rules 3310 with allowing counterfeit shares, Reg Sho Rule 204 failure to enforce short selling closure (FTDs), FINRA Rule 2261 failure
FINRA broke rules and regulations in their conduct with MMTLP. They violated FINRA rules 6490 (d)(3), 6440, 6432, 4320, & 2010. They also violated SEC rules 15c2-11. These violations caused FRAUD and THEFT to occur on MMTLP. These are serious allegations. This is legitimate
