Five salty vets at @F3AriseGSO this morning, including YHC. One had a Charlie horse leg, another had a piece of glass in his foot, but we did what F3 men do best - we pushed on! All worked hard, all got better, and none were left behind. Tclaps men!

Six of my homies joined me this morning. We stayed on smooth(ish) surfaces, did zero SSH, counted to 10 many times, and all got better. Thanks, guys, for joining me on the tour of the AO and allowing me to lead. Always an honor.

Nineteen kind gentlemen waited patiently for all of 63 seconds (aka 7 minutes to some) for YHC to take them on a tour of the Pyramids of Starmountia. Minimal breathlessness, maximum chitterchatter. No pax left behind & 3 big winners got prizes: 1/2
