8 @F3Highlands celebrated @Skipper_F3 10 year F3 anniversary. That is quite a milestone! He delivered a great beatdown bringing some of the classic exercises from his 10 years. It sucked in a good way. Thanks @Skipper_F3 for being such a HIM! @F3MECA Cheers to the next 10!

12 @F3Highlands attended YHC’s beatdown before our Adopt A Street community project. We had about 30 people for our community project where we picked up litter around the schools and the streets surrounding. Talk about community leadership! Great work! @F3MECA

Our @F3_BuffaloBill took the Q Tuesday and Thursday @F3Highlands and got a combined 37 PAX to attend the beatdowns. Strong leadership and work at both beatdowns. 2 PAX got tripped by the sidewalk monster. But there is nothing that coffee time 2ndF can’t fixed. @F3MECA
