So many teams have this issue btw Teams need to get 1 elite driver, and just trust them. Go all in, make them comfortable, and get 2nd driver who is quick but will be slower That's the only way you can dominate.

Unpopular opinion: tires lasting too long is not the problem. It's actually the opposite. Drivers are driving slow & avoiding battles because the tires degrade way too quickly in battle. Plus dirty air is so bad. That's why the racing is poor - avoiding racing is optimal.
