I'm once again begging Catholics not to use the most obtuse and fallacious reasoning. 1. Purgatory doesn't cleanse one of Original Sin. 2. People who live a pious life, and don't have temporal sins to pay, have no need to go to purgatory (despite having the stain of OS).
So you die a sinner. And in heaven, youβre without sin. That means there must be some process between death and heaven to cleanse the sin?.

Friendly reminder that the Confession of Dositheus teaches that Hereditary Sin (i.e. Original Sin) makes one subject to eternal judgment. Don't let @KingMic92357513 fool you as to the truth about Orthodox teaching.
If the conclusion of this book comes to the Latin definition which comes out to be Original Guilt, this book is already a failure and needs to be rejected.

Except it's quite obvious Jude thinks Enoch is Canon.
@cory_casual Jude references Enoch even more explicitly. Doesnβt make it canon.

Knowing @TheProtestantP, this was obviously a joke.

Marcion moment?.
The most anti-semitic book I've ever read is the OT. In it, the Jews are presented as such faithless, incompetent, and immoral failures that they have to be repeatedly genocided by foreigner rules to bring them back into line. It's almost like they weren't the actual author. .

While Craig is very smart, he's also incredibly biased (he lacks a lot of self awareness).
Looks like @Craig_Truglia is casting aspersions on the Zeitoun apparitions. If the apparitions are true, that would fundamentally undo the Eastern Chalcedonian claim to be the One True Church. After all, why would the Theotokos show favor to a "heretical"/"schismatic" church?
