Always encouraging to receive such positive comments from another writer.
Having just finished @EwanGault The Sound of Sirens I can safely add it to the list of Scottish books that really impressed me. Captivating from the first page. Great characters and well written. An absolutely brilliant story. #ScottishFiction

Privileged to have read an advanced copy of this.
@razurcutsmag releases Bootleg Karma on Sep 6th. It’s a dark comedy about a once Oscar-nominated actor who fakes his death, joins Twitter and decides to kill time by getting revenge on those who wronged him. Thanks to @ricky_ballboy, @CallumMcSorley and @EwanGault for endorsing.

A darkly comic journey through the seedy side of the Hollywood dream. Great work by @johntinney888 and the brilliant @razurcutsmag.
Delighted to announce that Razur Cuts Books will be unleashing 'Bootleg Karma' by @johntinney888 in late summer, a hugely entertaining novel described by @CallumMcSorley as "Savage, grotesque, tragic . and very funny." Welcome to the RC Books fraternity, John! 📚xRCx📚#gem

There aren’t many schools that can get Kenneth Branagh in for a talk to the students, but this is what our Y13s were treated to last week!.
Legendary actor and Spurs fan Sir Kenneth Branagh gave up his time to speak with English students studying Hamlet at @LaeTottenham, the Club-sponsored Sixth Form college on @SpursStadium campus, this week. Afterwards he sat down to talk about Shakespeare and Spurs with us ▶️

It was amazing hosting this event at @LaeTottenham last night. Incredible guests, who were so generous with their time, and brilliant student readings. Feeling full of hope on the early morning commute to school.
It was a pleasure to be invited to the 'Why English?' event @LaeTottenham to debate & discuss English as a canon for powerful communication & creativity. We were inspired by guests @afuahirsch & @ticecin. HLP poet, Josiah, also read his poignantly written piece, 'Why English?'

Enjoyed reading @peter_bennett ‘s Liberties so much when it was but a pdf that I thought I’d splash out on the real thing. A lyrical and vivid exploration of conflicting ideas about masculinity in nineties Glasgow - thoroughly recommend!
