Although current guidelines recommend the anchor knot for pacemaker lead stabilization, this technique has not been evaluated under in vivo conditions until now. Our latest study demonstrates that the anchor knot is superior to the simple knot.

There are lots of pictures with the first use of a new PFA or a new mapping catheters. We performed our first epicardial access with Silberbauer technique (Epi- access facilitated by CO2 insufflation via coronary vein exit). It was not as easy as on the papers, but I liked it💪😁
