#MLB rules changing to make the game faster:.- Bigger bases (15" to 18").- Pitch clock (15-20 seconds).- Pickoff attempt limit (2, then balk).- No shift (stay on your side of 2nd).Not against it, but another ex of accommodating humans' diminishing attention.
