This is the main issue with adhd. Before I do {simple task that takes maybe 5 minutes}, I have to {solve an auxiliary problem with a dependency that makes me want to kill myself} first.
If step 1 of the solution is something you struggle with then you’ve got to figure out a solution for step 1 before you can even start and it’s exhaustingggggg
