It would be a mistake to think this is a uniquely American problem. We have to take concussion protocols seriously as coaches, teachers and especially parents.
They died young. Most played football. Only a few came close to the pros. But like hundreds of deceased NFL players they, too, had CTE, the brain disease linked to repeated hits to the head. If their families could go back, would they still let them play?

Can you have a good day in prison? It’s not easy but you can help by giving people a real job and a real wage so when they leave they have skills and chance. I love my coworkers, no matter where they’re based. They’re all awesome.
