A study tested whether identical (!!!!) CVs were rated differently by academics if only the gender in the CV was changed. Findings: 👩‍🎓Women got overall worse grades than men. 👨‍🎓Men were rated as having higher leadership potential than women. Source: https://t.co/WJEdZ8UD9M
