Probably one of the most important day of our life. Finally, my overseas born daughter is now recognized as a Malaysian citizen thru article 15(2)- citizenship via registration. My sincere thanks to YB @weekasiongmp for highlighting my case in the parliamentary session.

As Msians we're encouraged by the govt's plans to tackle the rising cost of living. Supporting the rakyat through initiatives like the RM100 SARA payment, Jualan Rahmah Madani expansion, maintained toll rates, & reduced RON95 petrol prices is commendable & will ease many burdens.

Why are spouses of Malaysians excluded from this facility, why should spouses of Malaysians, face endless hoops for basic rights—visa hurdles, job restrictions, when they’re family. When will policies reflect that? @antonyloke, @AzalinaOthmanS

If exceptions can be made for MM2H holders, why not spouse visa holders? Just like MM2H holders, these foreign spouses are here in the country to contribute to the society, not to create trouble 🙂@anthonyloke
