Took two months off social media. Deleted social apps from my phone.

Deleted social apps from my main phone last night.
Social apps are a form of creative expression I do enjoy, but I don’t enjoy being addicted. So I now have them on a separate device. That way when I’m using them it’s because I’m choosing to, not because they’re choosing me.

I’m letting go of having a timeline. For business, for personal, for anything. A timeline makes me feel ‘not enough’. I want to feel full of joy as often as possible each day. As long as I’m moving toward my goals daily and enjoying the journey, that is ‘Enough’.
