When I shift+enter in Cursor prompt input, the chat history scrolls all the way back down. Gotta scroll up again constantly. The tiny details in your app actually make a huge difference for users. Don't vibe code+commit and call it a day. Do some usability testing please.

@airwallex is now on the other side of $1B ARR. What I love about this chart isn’t that we hit a big milestone; it’s how fast the business is accelerating. It took us more than 6 years to 100M ARR, 9 years to 500M, and only one year to double it.

Wow.. thank you Microsoft .. this is very helpful! "We can fix this but you have to apply" "To apply you need to be a managed customer" "Becoming a managed customer is not possible" Rly?

Does anyone here know someone at Azure? Starting to run into some issues and 'normal' support isn't very responsive unfortunately. Would greatly appreciate if some can get me in contact!

The industry standard nowadays is to 'annualize' or extrapolate monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and call it ARR. But this is a TRICK. It's short for Annual Run Rate, NOT Annual Recurring Revenue. Very different things =') the abbreviations matching is very 'convenient'
@Erwin_AI Would annual recurring revenue only count if it’s actual annual subscription? annualized run rate is a bit more dodgy and unrealistic right

ESPECIALLY if your app offers some weekly subscription for something that should definitely NOT be a subscription.

Repeat after me: ARR only counts after 1 year of being in business ARR only counts after 1 year of being in business ARR only counts after 1 year of being in business ARR only counts after 1 year of being in business ARR only counts after 1 year of being in business
We hit $28.5M ARR in 3 months with our mobile app. Me and @sebxturner launched this app in June, and grew it purely through organic TikToks. I’ll explain how we did it🧵

Let me explain the AI Act; it's relevant for me to be compliant with my AI product (EU market) so I've been dealing with it for over a year already. The part where they try to make it safer for humans is arguably not the bad part. I get the intention. The problem is that it
Everybody is shitting on these guys. But can anyone tell me what's actually in this regulation? What's so apocalyptic about it?

Want an Open AI glass block too? As cheap as possible? You need to use at least 10 billion tokens. Confirmed that a model like gpt-4o-mini counts. Lets do the math 🤓 $0.075 per 1M tokens if you use Batch API. 10.000 * $0.075 = $750. Shall I make a "give your API key, pay me

Me: DO NOT EVER USE EMDASHES IN COPYWRITING AI: "I used a regular dash (-) instead of an em-dash (—) as you requested." .... this must be some kind of sick joke I can't.

You know what’s been bothering me lately? So many people seem to think disagreement equals disrespect. That staying silent equals tolerance. That it’s good to avoid conflict and bad to speak up. That you're a 'troublemaker' if you have opinions and are vocal about it. It has

You have to take luck out of the equation. The reason it's so hard is because you have to be fairly decent at a lot of things. Something that almost no company pays for. And so you have to do it yourself, in your own time, unpaid, grinding for years, learning continuously.
Indiehacking is not a lottery. You just need to be pretty good at a lot of different things. Nobody likes to say it out loud, because it sounds like bragging. But the reality is: You need to be a competent programmer to ship your product and make sure it can stay stable You

And in case anyone asks: "My terms and conditions state that the user shouldn't enter any sensitive information and we're not liable whatsoever if they do" That doesn't hold up in security audits and many courts around the world when shit hits the fan.

This might be one of the most advanced security measures that any (text-based) AI business can take. Dealing with personal data is an absolute pain in terms of legality, security etc. And yes, you can tell your users not to enter any personal data, but let's be honest.. they
