If hard work was truly THE secret to success then there’d be a lot more millionaires and more football teams not named the Patriots winning the Super Bowl. Hard work is a component of success and can actually be detrimental to it when not complimented by intelligent processes.

Coffee lovers, pay attention. A recent analysis with over 400k people found that drinking 2-3 cups of ground, instant, or decaffeinated coffee/day is associated with a significant reduction in CVD and all-cause mortality vs. never drinking coffee (PMID: 36162818). Coffee wins!

“Game Speed Cond” train the demands of the game! I stole the idea from @RUGBY_STR_COACH but we are not using it in a testing format. Difference is offense does a set number of plays while defense rest then vice versa. Sprint whistle to whistle jog back rest varies between reps.
