I love how pure track is.Track is one of those sports where parents can't blame coaches (most of the time), cant yell & blame the officials. Only 1 person can win. Its all gene pool & work ethic. I guess you have to blame yourself or your kid & we know thats not happening LOL.

As coaches, we expect our players to get better during off-season. Question, what are we doing as coaches to get better at coaching during the off-season? We can't expect the players to get better and give them the same old coaching. We have to get better every offseason as well.

70 years ago, led by Coach Johnny Allen, the Carver Dragons won a football state championship in the Prairie View League. Carver HS, a “black” school competed in the Prairie View League during the segregation era. We will honor them by wearing a Dragon helmet sticker.
