Diapycnal mixing in the Brazil-Malvinas confluence front .Results prove that fronts are not barriers between water masses as usually assumed but highly energetic regions that sustain the worldwide vertical transfer of key properties (heat and nutrients).

El dia 20 la càmera hemisfèrica de l’estació meteorològica de la UdG va quedar ben bruta per la pluja de fang (esquerra, a les 22:32, amb els llums de l’estadi de Montilivi engegats). A la matinada del 21, però, va poder enregistrar els núvols noctilucents (dreta, a les 5:19).
