If anyone wants help with adding inclusivity and green/sustainability sections to their riders hmu
This is a shout to my colleagues to consider having inclusivity riders. There is only positive things that can come from a more diverse line up and industry in general. It’s still based on merit but just means that everyone is more likely to feel welcome and this is important
