My mother is raising money for the charity that supports the terminal disease she is suffering from @mndassoc and I am worried this is a reason she is being targeted.

and @facebook have refused to take the account down despite impersonation being a clear breach of their community standards. There is no option to provide any information about why the report is being made and no way of getting in contact.

An account has been set up impersonating my mother using her name and photographs. She is unwell and vulnerable and unable to deal with this herself. I have made multiple reports of the account using @facebook procedure all of which have been rejected
