@Joe_brendan_ In my opinion: Modernization doesnโt have to mean demolition, Cities like Singapore and Medellรญn modernized by upgrading slums, expanding public transport, and investing in affordable housing, not just by evicting the poor for skyscrapers. The false choice is the real problem.
