Even claiming he has been ‘let off’ with other offences because of who he is. So he would have been banned more times. Blames 20 mph zones and his last offence was 63 in a 40. Rules don’t apply to this ‘celebrity’.

It's time that politicians of all parties worked together on a holistic vision for cycling in Ely with a plan for how to achieve it. @Sustrans' feasibility study for @EastCambs looked at the broader city and included suggestions such as making parts of Lynn Road one-way. /2

Lynn Road, Ely: "Hopkins Homes will seek to progress the application to not install a cycle route." This is NOT the message we need to see in our region, where developments should be improving facilities for people walking & cycling rather than adding additional pressures. /1

Reach Fair is on Bank Holiday Monday 5 May this year. As usual, areas for cycle parking will be provided. Have you considered cycling from Ely? The ride follows National Cycle Network route 11 alongside the river then across Wicken Fen, just short of 13 miles.
