Picked up some amazing peppers at the farmers market this past weekend. These are Jimmy Nardello peppers and they are so sweet a d beautiful. I made pasta with crispy pancetta, peppers, and corn. Yum! 🌶 🌽

Completed a 10k, my longest saltwater swim ever thanks to the pandemic prompting year-round outdoor swimming. This was in Colvos Passage and the water was about 47F. Hoping my neck chafing goes away soon so I can swim again!! #wildswimming #openwaterswimming #vashonisland
