This is John Simpson, a BBC journalist. According to John "Hamas killed" and Israelis "were raped or killed" but when it comes to Palestinians, they were just "dead". Apparently, nobody killed them but they were just "dead". Don't be like John. Use your verbs properly.
Gaza now. On 7 October 2023 Hamas killed 1,200 Israelis and took 251 hostages, many of whom were raped or killed. After Israel’s response 46,000 Palestinians are dead - 2% of the pre-war population. Most schools & hospitals have been badly damaged.
