To be clear, I don't believe vaping is a good idea. I wish my little sister would stop, BUT it is HER choice. We need to respect each other's choices. We are losing RI $ to CT. RI is 1 of 4 States that have banned flavored vapes. Staaahp!. #FreeTheVape.
