Maybe both teams actually lost…
I think Greg Newsome has been a consistently better player than Tyson Campbell, but the latter has shown flashes. To me, Cleveland saw an opportunity to take a relatively inexpensive flyer on a player, knowing that they weren’t going to re-sign Newsome. Win-win for both teams.
