@EdwardBoudrot Thanks for very kind words. Hope you find nugget or two in new book. Little new in new book. It’s ROTO. Reminders Of The Obvious. Take really good care of people. Create products-services that make world wee bit better. Don’t let day pass w/o learning-trying something new. Etc.

At 18:09 EST/02March2021, FedEx driver knocked on my door and handed me a small box. Inside was my 1st copy of Excellence Now: Extreme Humanism. What a moment! Sure, book 19, but it never gets old. Hats off in particular to designers Nancye Green and Stuart Lopez. Design rules!

For many people, last week was still about the novelty of remote work and having family home. This week the reality will sink in and it’ll be much more challenging. Empathy and kindness is going to be more important than ever.

Caught. Every week I ask my leadership team what awesome thing did you catch someone doing across the entire team? We then find ways to reach out and show gratitude. #teamwork #leadership #gratitude
