So? If I want to store a bicycle in an on street locker I have to pay the council £70 a year but if I want to charge an electric car the council will pay for that infrastructure? Seems fair.

Very depressing sight - my shop the only one open on Saturday. Hairdressers and beauty salon permanently closed - clothes shop and cosmetics shop on part time hours. Business rates, energy costs and an ‘admin error’* by @ManCityCouncil killing small businesses.
