Just checked directly with the OpenAI legal team. 13-18 may use Chat GPT with parental consent. Them’s the facts. Don’t be caught on the wrong side of history folks.

Can anyone point out where Chat GPT restricts age use? I asked and it said "As an AI language model, there are no specific age restrictions for interacting with Chat GPT." Makes those talking about blindly accepting information look a bit silly, surely?

An interesting point, those pesky terms and conditions. I will not stop giving access to students with low literacy who can now express themselves brilliantly in written form. If wheelchairs were restricted to 18+ I’d probably be in favour of giving them to those with a need too.

How can anyone in all seriousness say that we have been moving AWAY from explicit instruction over the past decade. Is this some kind of parallel universe?.2022 NAPLAN data shows one thing no engagment. no lift in scores.

Australia has spent the past five decades putting children at the centre of their own learning, often with disappointing results. But there’s a glimmer of hope.

Nice to have a say on The Project but sadly, the awesome story of Gisborne Montessori, the school i am actually leading was left lying on the cutting room floor😞.

Literacy and numeracy are the basic skills necessary for everyday life. But according to a new report, schools are failing our kids at both. So is it time to go back to the drawing board and what would modern schools look like? Former Principal @EdRev joins us. #TheProjectTV

You tell them Pasi! “Australia’s educational challenges cannot be solved by using the same logic that initially caused them”.and this beauty. "Young people have far greater capacity to lead their own learning in school than we give them credit for.”

A fascinating story of two Scottish schools genuinely taking up the challenge to co-evolve learning with their students, told by Future School‘s friend @RobHouben. Plenty of ideas in here for everyone

This article has an interesting twist by overlaying a communal lens over the 4 UNESCO pillars of. learning to know, learning to do, learning to live, learning to be. Western education is often so individual centric. Let me knwo what you think.
