Thanks to a colleague asking me if I had a website I have done my semi-yearly (?) update of everything there including CV, teaching resources, and added a photo of our new kitten. One day I may even replace my 2018 headshot.

Happy to announce the name of my fantasy football team this year and share their logo. Draft to come but we’re rooting for Projected Hail Mary in the coming months.

Hey, @cocacolaamp you really need to put non-aluminum on Know Before You Go when you are telling people to . “Bring your empty, refillable water bottle”. Because it’s really rough when you get up to the venue and security turns you away.

Most of my problems would be resolved if Canvas didn't constantly calculate a running grade in courses.

I need an “unlock chair only for this sit down” button/lever. Because every time I decide I want to lean back I forget I unlock it, then the next morning I have an absolute heart attack.

I thought I hadn’t read much in 2024 until I got my Audible stats for the year. I averaged more than a book a month (and not short ones either) in addition to what I read physically. I’m hoping to keep that up in 2025.

And by featured I mean, I sent in a correction 😂 I realized this looks like a real professional achievement but really it’s just a huge pleasure that Anna, James, Andy, and Dan briefly knew I existed.

I don’t know how everyone else’s day is going but I was featured on @nosuchthing Drop Us a Line - January 2025. All my research experience finally came in handy for something. Everyone should join Club Fish just for the Noah and Troy wordplay that occurs!.

I have an accomplishment I wasn’t necessarily trying to achieve. But I did every @NYTGames mini crossword this year. Not always day of, but all 365. I don’t think I’ve ever done a hear of something.

As a junior/senior in high school I took the ASVAB. They never told us our scores. Part of me to this day wonders if we just took them and they never scored them.
