P.6 are always thinking of ways to help the environment. Today, we learnt about sustainable design and were influenced by @10Tonline who make jackets, hats & bags from tents left at festivals. P.6 became designers and created bags, water bottle holders & face masks from tents! 🏕️

The Eco Committee have started planning for our @BrunstanePS @KSBScotland clean up event. We shared ideas on dividing up our school grounds/local streets & also ways to advertise the event & make it fun. Update soon! PS We also did a quick 7 minute pick & collected 2kg 👍🏽

A full agenda today at our meeting! We shared the Eco learning we’ve been doing in class, decided to spend our @Morrisons tokens on 🦋 attracting plants, 🍓 plants & 🥒 plants, sorted ‘rag bags’, discussed solutions for dinner hall waste & finished with some weeding! 😅
