Had a great time visiting @TedOnCatalysis and Jesse Bond at Syracuse this week, talking about my group's efforts to understand the role of ensembles in catalysis by dilute-limit alloys. Also very excited by the work being done at Syracuse; looking forward to it coming out!

It was a true honor to have Dr. Linda Broadbelt give this year's Gregory M. Botsaris Lecture at Tufts ChBE! It was an inspiring look at how reaction pathway analysis can be used to understand and guide plastic pyrolysis as well as to guide the discovery of bioderived plastics

Thank you to the Great Plains Catalysis Society for the opportunity to discuss catalysis by dilute-limit alloys! Here I focused on the importance of ensemble size, discussing what the field knows, how we know it, and where we go from here.
Please join us for our next webinar by Prof. Nathaniel Eagan of the Tufts University on December 13. If you are not a member but still want to join the webinar, use the following registration form: https://t.co/gEPaBjjUwh

Check out our work in @Chem_Eng_J on aldolization over MgAl oxides using a reversible "trans-situ" titration method to show the importance of the strongest base sites. DFT led by @pdesh also assesses the ability of metal vacancies to drive this catalysis.

Thanks for a great week, @ChEnected! Looking forward to taking insights from the meeting back to the lab with our fantastic students Kenny and Tofunmi. Hopefully I don't get stopped at airport security again for leaving a lab wrench in my backpack...

Excited to share the first original research article from the Krishna Group in @ApCatB ! https://t.co/89AcUaII8M We elucidate the redox pathways by which greenhouse gas N2O is reduced by NO and NH3 over iron-zeolite catalysts, an important technology for renewable NH3 engines.
