We open day two of our General Assembly with important discussions on international cultural relations under the new leadership of the EU, exploring the policy framework opportunities that come with the new European Parliament and European Commission! 🇪🇺

We wrap up day one with a visit to the Belgian Comic Strip Museum! ✨. Delegates admire the stunning architecture of the iconic Victor Horta building and explore the cultural significance of comics in Belgium.

We're excited about the opportunities this presents for our members! . This is also a great chance to broaden our partnerships with African actors and to advance on our commitments to fair collaboration🤝.

Our European Spaces of Culture programme has been recognised as an instrument to form a part of a brand-new EU-Africa Programme from DG INTPA @EU_Partnerships @EU_Commission in Sub-Saharan Africa starting in 2025! 🌍

We are also mainstreaming Ukrainian perspectives and expertise in our EUNIC community of practice, for example through our recent Knowledge Sharing Workshop on decolonising Ukrainian Cultural Heritage! . Catch up on the workshop here:
