Overheard a couple young 20 somethings celebrating Charlie Kirk's passing this evening. I wanted to say something, but I was with my wife and kids - ultimately decided it wasn't worth it. Not sure what that says about me. Either way, I was sad for them.

I think what has me shook the most, is I honestly felt like Charlie Kirk made an honest effort to have civil and respectful conversations with both sides. ...yet, the outcome is the same. I just prayed for his family. Thankful he was a believer.

If I wasn't so prideful, and accepted help from others early on in my career, it would have saved me years of despair. Figuring stuff out on your own is a good skill to have, but help your kids understand their homework better will have exponential returns IMO.
The problem with the good private schools: Massive homework load. I refuse to help my kids with homework. Im against it 100%. If my kid can’t get what you need him to get done in 8 hours at school, you aren’t doing your job. It’s ridiculous.

Instead of doing church at church, we did church in the city we live in this morning! The #LoveTheVille church is exactly what it sounds like - cleaning up landscaping at local schools before parents, teachers and students arrive is just a small part of it.
