๐ฏ true. Earlier this year my score dropped 60 ish points fast. I've never missed a payment, pay cash for most purchases, and always pay on time. To cause it I paid off a small short term loan, financed a piece of Ag equipment, and canceled an old CC. Laughably ridiculous.
My credit score dropped when I paid off my car and student loans. Credit agencies said I should get more loans to increase my credit score. The system punishes you for not owing them money. They want you to be in debt. Credit scoring is a scam.

Imagine they will try to keep the market up until we get close to next year's mid term elections. Just a guess/gut feeling. Then rug pull it to hurt the admin. With rate cuts on the horizon, do people really believe when the fed cuts markets typically move to ATH's?
S&P 500 is now trading over 5 times book value and 22 times earnings.. Meanwhile, healthcare is trading at just 16 times earnings and 9-10 times FCF. Superinvestors including Warren Buffett are buying. The most obvious opportunity in the market. $UNH $OSCR $ELV $CI $CNC $MOH

Reminds me of why I love to hunt and explore wilderness. I spend 2 months each fall roaming and hunting the mountains of Oregon and Idaho. Camping off my back and enjoying the backcountry is as good as it gets.
It was not the kill we rode forโit was the wild trail, the open silence, the chance to match our wits against a creature born of the wilderness. โคZane Grey (1908)

On a chart or in the field, green means it's time to make ๐ต ๐ต ๐ค๐คthe weather holds and we make some world class horse hay! About 60% of our income hits in a 3 week window. If all goes well, it will make its way to high end facilities around the US and Japan.

Everyone thinks you need to get rich and get off the grid. We got off the grid and then are working on the get rich part ๐ Seems like the correct order for raising a family IMO. Our portfolio won't look like others, but there are more ways than one to look at yields and growth!

Videos like this make me smile. Farming has its downsides, but one major plus is that our kids get to grow up with experiences like this! ๐คฃ๐คฃ Mud, creeks, dirt bikes, bow/arrows, guns, pickups and ag equipment, outdoor camping any night of the week. No better way to raise them!

While others flock to busy locations this weekend. I like the opposite. Set of binos & a pistol, and I can roam for hours. Can turn up some pretty amazing history. Gives me a chance to look for deer/elk sheds & study the history of those that lived and worked here generations ago

Couldn't have said it any better! ๐ฏ๐ฏ
After listening to @anthonynoto at the JP Morgan technology conference yesterday - I see the day when $SOFI is trading at $200/stock. It wonโt be next month or next year or maybe even next three yearsโฆ But it will happen. This is a leadership team that focuses on growth

Imagining thinking $SoFi isn't a tech company. Imagine watching Netflix destroy Blockbuster and arguing Netflix isn't a tech company. A decade ago most would consider an online only business a tech company. Today, many seem to disagree with that argument.
@DataDInvesting Being a shareholder of $XYZ is immaterial considering I have never claimed they were a specific type of company. Keep in mind, I am not the one that said the goal is for $SOFI to become a top-15 technology company. In your first post you said "Weird how they are presenting tech

We also have a problem where the lower end votes to increase taxes. They don't care as they don't pay them. This forces everyone to pay some tax, which in turn should make people want to see government wasteful spending reduced. Hopefully middle class tax rates drop as a result.

Kris I'm surprised your taking the stance of a bleeding heart liberal here. Implying those earning under $60k will be hit hardest. Many argue the rich don't pay enough. A tariff or what is essentially a flat tax, will force the rich to pay more. No write offs and no tax dodging.
U.S.-U.K. trade deal retains 10% baseline tariff. Despite a trade surplus with the UK, the U.S. will maintain a 10% tariff, suggesting the Trump administration isn't prioritizing "fair trade." This serves two goals: 1. Raises revenue to reduce deficits, promoting deflation. 2.

Her experience is similar to many you hear about with larger firms. Non members miss that part of $SoFi's moat is customer service. 10/10 every time I call. Called the other day as my wife lost her CC. Spoke with 2 amazing people. New card showed up a week later!

We ship products across the US. I talk to over the road truck drivers often. Late 2023 they all started talking about how loads were getting hard to find. This last year, hiring trucks was easy as so many were available. The gov numbers have been cooked for a handful of Q's.
@thejobchick Iโm in transportation industry, and the collapse started over a year ago. Go talk to a truck dealer or freight company.

Market makers are doing 1 of two things. Trying to wear us down to where they can buy most shares or buy $SoFi out through M&A. Or....or....or....They are so rich and arrogant they can't stand that NoTo and Lapointe won't sell, and they think they can break us.
