Dang I really ran 1:44 on Friday😭
This the same guy who never made an NCAA final.
Only made NCAA in the 800 one time.
Only had one scholarship offer out of high school.
Wasn’t All-American in HS.
Where your story starts isn’t where it ends✊🏾
@WillieYams
There’s content for everyone. There’s many brands of the same bread🍞 and yet there’s still room for all of them on the shelves in the store
Man… all that she wrote

You have so much more life to live. Take it one day at a time. Dial in on what you want and focus on that.
Stop comparing yourself to others
@najibayasmina
Yes! It’s so important to separate ourselves from our mistakes. We often too much make our shortcomings our identity because of how we were brought up
Surreal moment: Where it all started for me.
Went back to my old high school(DuVal High School) and gifted the kids with some new spikes for the remaining Indoor and Upcomimg outdoor season.
@Bigoburrito
That story always makes me upset because if he was black I know for a fact it would be a different story.
I feel so bad for that girl who was raped.
Still soaking in yesterday. It’s been 3 years since I set a PB and to get it within TWO major championship qualification windows is something I’ll be forever be grateful for.
Y'all someone saw a pic of me in the Under Armour section of a sports store called academy in Oklahoma😭😭.
Never give up on your dreams man unless God himself tells you to.
To all my 800m runners in XC, don’t stress about your performance. Just use it to get ready for indoor.
Trust me when I say, how you do in XC does not translate to how you will do in the 800m on the track.
Went for it but came up short. Ran 1:46 again this season.
Didn’t get the Olympic standard and my world ranking isn’t high enough.
Therefore I won’t be at Olympics in Tokyo😢😢.
Best of luck to everyone out competing, I’ll be cheering you all on.
@sheeeluhhh
It’s so funny how many people are disagreeing.
It’s the lack of “patience” for me.
That’s why everyone got anxiety now.
When you’re patient you don’t lose
12.93s!!🤯🔥
33-year-old Hansle Parchment 🇯🇲 comes from behind again and runs a World Lead & PB to win the men's 110mH in Eugene.
His previous PB was from when he was 24, almost a decade ago!

It can be confusing because we tend to put God in a human box. If we look at humans as God we will be disappointed everytime. God is way bigger than what a normal human can comprehend.
On July 2nd I ran my worst race as a pro with a time of 1:53. Granted weather was awful and race went out extremely slow.
Regrouped and reminded myself of the work I’ve been doing and ran 1:45 yesterday July 14.
Moral of the story, don’t let those bad races get to your heart.
1:45.4, huge SB(haven’t broken 1:46 since 2020).
Fastest time in 3 years, just getting started.
2nd fastest time of my career
All glory to God for real.
I went viral in the track world.
Seeing that my story inspired a bunch of people let’s me know that I didn’t go through it in vain.
Let’s all inspire each other ✊🏾
This vid means a lot to me for different reasons.
One of them being that over the years I’ve been doubted by some people.
Another one being that 4 years ago I wasn’t even certain if I was still gonna be running after college.
Full version coming soon.
@hoemoticon
Stop feeling that way, 25 and 30 is super young and theres so much life to live. People who are much older still don't even know what they're doing.
Patryk Dobek of Poland started running the 800 this year after moving up from the 400/400h.
He ran 1:43 today.
Some of you 400 runners better take notes, make that move and level up in the 800.☕️🤷🏾♂️
I’ll put it out there, I tested positive for covid on Saturday .
My symptoms are pretty much gone and I feel fine.
This pandemic is far from over and I let my guard down by not wearing a mask at a small gathering of 15-20 people.
