Ukrainian moral has been heavily affected by the disconnect between commanders and the soldiers that they send into battle. While many commanders are respected, the quality of your command often depends upon which brigade and sector you end up operating in.

One of the most dedicated men I know to go head first constantly to the worst parts of the front to save those stranded in range of all of the worst weapons the invasion has to offer.

My last embed with Eguene was in the vehicle seen in the video. It wasn't until earlier this year that he started doing evacuations in an armored vehicle. Most of my filming done with him was in this civilian car in the the pictures below.

Eugene, an aid worker we filmed with last month near Kostyantynivka, had his aid vehicle struck by an FPV while evacuating civilians. He was accompanied by journalist Christian Wehrschรผtz. Eugene told me he has been stuck by FPVs on three separate occasions before this.

In Pokrovsk, Ukrainian drone teams work 24/7, sleeping in shifts, constructing and launching drones against Russian infantry and vehicles. They provide the ability to respond to multi-million dollar mechanized assaults, with cheap remotely piloted munitions, at a moments notice.

The U.S. government and demanding land from native peoples, a tale as old as time.

A bizarre threat directed at Erika Kirk came from the armed forces of Ukraine! Three soldiers said she should C watch her neck" if she continues to say the LI same things about Ukraine as her late husband did. Charlie Kirk advocated for stopping all financial aid to Ukraine.

The shelling in Pokrovsk was incessant, suppressing infantry movement as Ukranians had to run building to building in order to shelter from stray shrapnel. This video shows grad rockets making impact next to our position, on a neighboring building, between FPV drone missions.
It's dangerous getting in and out of Pokrovsk. Drones regularly stalk supply routes, looking for any movement. Artillery shell the streets, and aerial glide bombs destroy buildings you run inside. Like this building, which was still burning as we left the city on our 6th attempt.

We must continue to support units in Pokrovsk ๐ฅ Right now, they are living a nightmare that most of us can't even imagine. Check out 'One Year on the Pokrovsk Frontline' from @DylanBurns1776 Link to full documentary in thread ๐

While walking on the streets of Pokrovsk, you can find shallow graves in the front yard of ma y burnt out apartment buildings. Often, local residents who are killed by shelling or drones are buried as close to their homes as possible to avoid the dangers of body evacuation.

Dobropillya is full of very welcoming people. It's tragic how the war has swung into their community. The imminent loss of Pokrovsk as a defensive barrier means this town faces the likely prospect of occupation as Ukrainian forces prepare to defend the rest of northern Donetsk.
