Darling, conventions don’t keep security videos indefinitely. Please think about how that would work.
Better question is why hasn't there been any physical/tangible evidence of his supposed wrongdoing by this point? I don't buy that cons in the early 2000's didn't have security cameras and even back then phones still had camera's and could record videos(even if low quality).

Now I’m just a simple southern belle and I thought a draw was when nobody wins. But the defendants got everything they could’ve possibly have received. Including lawyer’s fees! Now I dunno about yall but half a million dollars ain’t nothing to sneeze at.
What's there to cover? All anyone needs to know is it stopped at the tcpa stage cause the judge wanted nothing to do with it so he improperly conducted it and Vic's lawyer failed to file evidence on time. And no it was a draw, don't care how much you swear up and down he lost.
