Receiving a job list last night from Mrs F, in prep for our drive to 🇮🇪 (💁♀️🤷🏻♂️👧🏻👶🏻) today was like a #medical handover btw senior Reg (post call) and incompetent jnr doc. She knew there was little point & that the jobs would be there for her the next day. I even made tick boxes🤷🏻♂️.

Is there a better way to phrase ‘failure to progress’ for a reason to proceed to c-section? For so many of my female patients this can make them feel so upset and as if they have somehow ‘failed’ at childbirth. Surely we can do better? #womenshealrh #childbirth.
