On a serious note, the ‘heavy-handedness’ is appreciated. Bringing back Tennant after Jodie could have been seen as a move to win back fans who objected to her casting for bigoted reasons. With this ep, RTD has established beyond any doubt that Doctor Who isn’t the show for them
