As a breast fellow at Emory and Grady, I had very few encounters with Dr Ingram. The quantity of interactions, however, do not match the enormous impression he left on me. His legacy will be everlasting. ❤️
It is with great sadness we inform you of the passing of Dr. Walter Ingram, a beloved member of the Grady family since 1992. Dr. Ingram will be remembered as the “grandfather” of the burn program and his contributions to the patients at Grady will be his enduring legacy.
