AI 2972 on 8th November. Waited at Pune airport for 15 minutes before allowed boarding (the ground staff started boarding without checking whether aircraft is ready). In Delhi - passenger waiting for 20 minutes n aircraft now as buses not available. @airindia @DGCAIndia Horrible
