To all Twitter friends of Dr Debbie: Very sad that she died suddenly Tues afternoon. Due to DEA issues she had been forced to taper off pain meds. Tues suffered a severe all-body pain attack causing heart to stop. Couldn't be stabilized. Pain kills. She cared for you all.

I looked up the FL Law. In an ER or elsewhere, Drs are restricted to writing 3-7 days for an ACUTE pain situation. Patients with CHRONIC PAIN may be prescribed WHATEVER STRENGTH needed to achieve PAIN RELIEF for the LENGTH of TIME the patient requires it.

#FLPainLaw I found the answer in the State Board Statute. Chronic pain pts whether malignant or nonmalignant have the RIGHT to be treated as deemed NECESSARY to RELIEVE their PAIN in order to function. Told IGNORANT, UNCARING "Dr" who SAW but didn't TREAT me this! Got PARTIAL tx.

#PainMgmtFL Can anybody WITH ACCURATE KNOWLEDGE tell me what the TRUE LAWS are in FL now regarding restrictions on Drs writing opioids, EITHER in STRENGTH or NUMBER of PILLS/DAYS? Thot I read somewhere in past 1-2 yrs they were loosened. Either FALSE or been LIED to by Drs here.

I got the COVID vaccine before most could as healthcare provider and emergency manager implementing many of the policies of the “covidians”. Days after I was transported to the hospital with cardiac issue. Today I’m in heart failure.

Happened to MY Dr & I'M suffering! He's no longer able to prescribe pain meds because 2 pts OD'd on STREET DRUGS. Criminalized for something HE DIDN'T DO! WHY can the DEA withhold a Dr's ability to practice when he/she's DONE NOTHING wrong? This makes no sense.
I’m not BS’ing when I say #DEA is targeting the #doctors’ offices of #advocates w/ severe pain/painful conditions. These are just regular people / #physicians who SPEAK OUT about #inhumane treatment of #pain patients, denial of care. Docs are terrorized!

You only know you're doing the right thing when you're more & more attacked.
I prescribed safe meds to a sick patient who recovered—and I was fired. I spoke truth about early treatment—and I was censored. I brought lawsuits to protect kids from jabs—and I was targeted. Now, I'm being sued with false claims—and I'll be vindicated yet again by the truth.

Due to below, I thot of a COMMERCIAL for SEAWORLD. We HIGHLY prefer it for its GOALS & HOW it's been ACHIEVED. FAMILIES can go to SeaWorld often & LEARN MORE EACH TIME about the VAST LIFE in OUR OCEANS. They also have many ROLLER COASTERS & a WATER PARK. It's Best of All Worlds!

Gen not writing. Will if signif point. What occurred NOT new w/KIDS. Made me a GOOD Dr. At 12 DUMB Dr didn't see NPO for tests led to bowel rest & dec'd abd pain. MUST have faked pain. Mom took me elsewhere. Radiologist LISTENED. Prior x-rays POOR. Used dif method. Found Crohn's!
1) My 14 yr old had sx of UTI. Dx on Monday at dr. Monday night she developed horrid pain. To me seemed like kidney stones. Called dr and sent us to urgent care. They sent us home saying they were at capacity, only taking appts. We went home and her pain went to a 5….
