I read this with interest. It is a fair and balanced statement on the importance of US federal funding for scientific medical research, while acknowledging that reduction in wasteful spending is appropriate. A good word for the uncertainty of the current moment.

Many of my patients require a reduced dose of nintedanib due to GI side effects. This article provides helpful practical analysis and suggests these patients are not losing much, if any, benefit compared to the standard dosage.
