- Safer smoking kits
- Jobs
- Medicaid expansion
- Condoms
- Safe spaces for people to use
- Not incarcerating ppl who use drugs

I spent some time on the Rosebud Sioux Tribe with IHS in South Dakota working with ppl with SUDs. Meth, alcohol, pills all common. Injecting up to 6gm meth/day. No jobs, very rural, despair, intergenerational trauma and use, rampant suicides, little hope. And “just say no.”

- Improved access to mental health services
- Paying people a living wage so they don't have to work 3 jobs to live. That way they don't have to use meth to stay awake to work said jobs.
