@SBMPediatrics I didn’t spend enough time to find out but usually it’s pretty much everything

@DrJaimeFriedman Evidence is there for chiropractic-utilization of SMT, exercise, healthy active lifestyle- in MSK issues. Most other claims are nonsense.

@MarkCroucher2 The problem is most make a ton of unsubstantiated claims. Then they add their vaccine and nutrition opinions.

@DrJaimeFriedman There is plenty of evidence for the use of spinal manipulative therapy on spinal conditions that respond well to conservative chiropractic care. Remember, chiropractic is a profession, not a therapeutic intervention.

@Drnickfox My concern is the claim that subluxations are the cause of all illness and that chiropractic is the cure. Every group I see makes egregious claims. There is also the overwhelming anti vax sentiment from chiropractors.

@DrJaimeFriedman I myself sometimes struggle to stay open-minded so I can accept new evidence when it appears. Someone once asked me the difference between confidence and arrogance. I think it has to do with security vs insecurity.
