There will be a lot of this after the terrorist attack in Bondi. For reference, gun deaths in Texas in 2024 were 14.3/100,000 population. Gun deaths in Australia, less than 1/100,000. Before yesterday, you were 15-18x more likely to die from a gunshot in Texas than Australia.
🇦🇺 Now imagine Australia hadn’t disarmed its population. This is what happens when the government and terrorists hold a monopoly on weapons. Law-abiding civilians are left defenseless, while those willing to use violence aren’t. THIS WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED IN TEXAS!
