My main health goal in December is to walk 3 miles 4-5X per week. These walks don't replace the 3-5 30-minute weight-lifting workouts I do. Mostly, they are time for me to meditate, listen to audiobooks, and as I read in BLUE ZONES, it's very good for longevity!
If you’re willing to commit and let everything go that you don’t really want, then your life will be infinitely easier, simpler, and more successful than it’s ever been.
The good news is that your personality isn't permanent.
The bad news is that most people don't realize this.
Here's the fastest way to become the person you want to be.
Instead of trying to add more to your life, focus on getting rid of the things currently taking up your time that aren't truly serving your Future Self.
It doesn't matter if your goals are related to business, relationships, health, or productivity- Make gratitude a part of your day- today and everyday.
As some of you may know, I've recently finished writing a book that took me almost 18 months to write.
The book is called Personality Isn't Permanent. It comes out in June of 2020. It's about why we really...
Look at your life right now. Whatever you see, that’s what you’re committed to.

It’s impossible to use your time well when you can’t even govern your own mind.
Most people’s minds are like a garden that has been overgrown with weeds. They haven’t done the work of managing their minds — or pruning it, digging it about, and preparing the soil for good fruits.
Most of what people spend their time on are lesser goals.
One key reason is simply that their own goals are too small.
When your goals are small, you can get away with entertaining a lot of lesser goals. You can maintain lots of activities that aren't really getting you there.
How many days go by where you did nothing to move toward your big goals?
Probably too many.
Life is busy.
If you don’t purposefully carve time out every day to progress and improve, then without question, your time will get lost in the vacuum of our increasingly crowded lives.
Have you reached your point of no return in your life?
The point of no return is the moment of full commitment, wherein your identity and energy shift from avoiding what you fear to fully approaching what you most deeply want.

You can't hide how you spend your time.
If you objectively looked at how your time is spent, would it be clear that you're fully committed to becoming your future self now?
I encourage you to deeply reflect on and evaluate what's filling up your calendar.
Your view of your own future is the single greatest factor in what you do here-and-now.
If you’re distracted or depressed right now, then what that means is that you’ve either lost hope in the future, or you don’t believe in your future.
This is why Dr. Angela Duckworth has
